Tom, came to the rescue quickly this morning when we thought the jockey wheel had snapped as we were leaving site. Tom was so professional in his approach, when we thought disaster had struck. He was reassuring, and happy to help. Will definitely use Tom again for his services as some of our customer experiences before have led to not trusting the services that have been provided. Whilst on holiday at Putts Corner, Sidmouth, last week our van developed a water system issue, Being a Saturday I sent Thomas at Kings a message and a photo and said I would call on Monday as I understood it was the weekend. Thomas sent a message back almost immediately stating he knew what parts were needed and that he would be there Monday morning. he arrived as promised swopped the faulty valve, in a few minutes and charged us next to nothing "as it was an easy job". Great service, thank you.

Tom has serviced our caravan for many years and has always been fantastic. Tom’s work is first class and he is a genuine guy. We store our van at Oakdown and with pre arrangement with reception Tom will do our work when we are not around, which is a benefit. One year I came down in October with the kids, it was later after work so all dark. Tom had been and done a job for us that day and asked if we would like him to put the power on. We arrived to have power plugged in and the step out! Sometimes it’s the small things that matter

Highly recommended and we wont hesitate to use again. We called Kings today as we had a problem with our gas bottles. As it’s the day before a long bank holiday weekend, we didn’t expect much response but Tom was with us within half an hour, he diagnosed the problem straight away and sorted it out for us. Brilliant Tom from Kings Caravan Servicing rescued our holiday!
Our battery charger had failed and so we ended up with a van with no power in the middle of our half term break.
Tom was knowledgable on the phone and very accommodating and arrived on our campsite the same day we called. Tom turned up with the 3 possible parts and fitted the correct one that had burnt out.
He was courteous, professional and competitively priced.
Would definitely use him again when we are back in south Devon.
